5x 10 = walk-in closet - mattress set, sofa, chest of drawers dining room set or about 100 file boxes
10 x 10= an average size bedroom - furnishings of a one-bedroom apartment: refrigerator, washer, dryer, patio furniture, or about 200 file boxes
10 x 12 = a slightly larger bedroom - furnishings of a small two-bedroom apt or about 220 file boxes
10 x 20 = a one-car garage - furnishings of a 3-4-bedroom house with major appliances, garage extras, boxes, or business files and inventory
10 x 40 = a two-car garage - furnishings of a 4-5-bedroom house with major appliances, boxes and misc. items, or business files and inventory
